We hope that you are very satisfied with the care and the service that you receive at St Kilda Medical Group.

We welcome your suggestions and comments about the St Kilda Medical Group's care, services, and facilities. Please speak to any member of St Kilda Medical Group staff to give your suggestions or comments. Alternatively, suggestions and comments can be submitted in writing, or online.

If you wish to complain about the care or the service that you have received at St Kilda Medical Group, please approach any member of the St Kilda Medical Group staff to notify your complaint. We request that you also put your complaint in writing, so that it can be investigated, and action can be taken. We are committed to resolving any problems, and we will contact you with an explanation and with details of action taken.

If your complaint is of a serious nature, or if you are dissatisfied with our response, you may contact the Health Complaints Commissioner (HCC). The HCC responds to complaints about health services and the handling of health information in Victoria. Their service is free, confidential and impartial. To lodge a complaint with the HCC:

  • Fill out a complaint form online at www.hcc.vic.gov.au or

  • Phone 1300 582 113 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, to discuss your complaint

If your complaint is regarding the conduct or performance of a doctor or a nurse, please make a notification to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). Notification can be made online or you can download and complete the form
